Design Club Branded Apartments springs up in Bologna’s city center. A historic Renaissance-based building with a large cross-vaulted entrance hall and an airy internal courtyard. Precious materials, terrazzo and marble floors frame the 33 apartments available to guests. The 4 floors’ apartments can be reached through the historic staircase or the elevator. The various units, different in shape, dimensions and atmosphere, are characterized by precise stylistic choices. We offer eight unique styles, each of which will trigger different sensations while you’re immersed in the design spaces designed by Iosa Ghini Associati. The guests benefit wide and finely furnished spaces, equipped with all the comforts and services specifically thought in order to offer travelers an unforgettable and stimulating stay.

The comforts we offer guarantee a convenient and quiet stay, but still leave the door open for fun and amusement thanks to the strategic position of the building, located near the main street Via dell’Indipendenza.
Just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, the main square, the famous Two Towers and many other nearby places of interest, including churches, museums, shops and countless bars and restaurants in which you can fully taste the best typical cuisine.
Upon request we can equip the apartments with a germicidal purifier that allows a deep UV air disinfection to ensure high levels of hygiene. Equipped with triple filter, hepa, active carbons and optional ionizer, the purifier has a filtration efficiency of 99.97%
